APRIL, 19th // 2010 Major news! With regret we're due to inform you that from today Jarkko and Mikko will no longer be part of our group. No big dramatics are involved: Jarkko felt the need to concentrate on his parental duties and Mikko's departure was a consensus deriving from logistic and other kinda problems. This will naturally have a major impact on FF but don´t ye worry, we have other big news to tell: Jouni Sahiluoto, Atte Kivimäki and Arto Kettunen will join Fatal Frame replacing Jarkko´s vocals & guitar and Mikko´s keyboard duties! Jouni is a friend from Jarno's coverband Korpatshow and a magnificient singer. Atte has played in many short-term projects with Jarno and proved his superior keyboard skills. Arto, the guitarist/composer from Cerebro, will replace Jarkko´s guitar duties and is also a long-time buddy of ours. The wheels are starting to turn once again, only the direction will be somewhat different... You´ll soon see what we´re talking about. Cheers and all the best to Jarkko and Mikko. Was an honor to play with you guys! MARCH, 14th // 2010 Greetings from Portugal, your general Jarno reports! Three months since the last update?! Time flies like feces in my backyard. During this time we have written two new killer songs with equal amount of rehearsal sessions. Lazy bastards! We'll, it's due to Jarno's vacation and a thousand spring-things (Opeth-cover gig, Soulfallen, Korpatshow, too happy a mood...) but don't ye worry, aye. After all things start going to hell we'll hit the rehearsing room and the next gig will contain some awesome new tracks! The music video and the release of the new track is postponed due to studio problems. We'll make that happen, goddamnit, that's a promise! Later! Fatal Frame is participating in "Nummirock-Demosetä-wow-it's-a-demo-band-contest" -contest for unsigned bands, winners will be seen playing in Nummirock 2009 -festival. NOVEMBER, 26th // 2009 Been a bit quiet, aye? Not at all! Things are crawling and metamorphin behind the curtains as we speak. We are planning to make a music video from a yet unreleased new song entitled as Silence Their Voice (The Death Diaries). The song is already recorded, except for vocals which will be put on tape probably before 2010. And how are you in this lovely summer evening, dear sir/madam? We are fine, just fine, thank you for ass king. Just got the cover art from design and oh, it looks more than great! Next week we´ll be printing these babies and making the whole goddamn record finished by the time we heat the stage for Waltari @ Henry´s Pub.
